At NorthStar Toner, we believe in keeping things simple and fast. That’s why we offer free delivery on every order—no minimum required.
Fast, Reliable Shipping
All orders ship from our facility in Illinois via FedEx, ensuring quick and reliable delivery across the continental United States.
Same-Day Processing
We know your time is valuable. That’s why we strive to process and ship most orders the same business day, especially if your order is placed during business hours on a weekday. Orders placed outside of business hours will ship the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress in real time.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the continental U.S. only. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Eco-Friendly Returns for Empty Cartridges
Want to keep your used cartridges out of landfills? NorthStar Toner offers an eco-friendly return program for empty cartridges. If you save at least six empties, we’ll cover return shipping. You can find full details on our Recycle Empty Cartridges page.
