By using this website, placing an order, or accessing any service offered by NorthStar Toner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Product Information and Brand Disclaimer
NorthStar Toner sells remanufactured toner cartridges that are made in the USA. These products are not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges.
Brand Names Usage Disclaimer: All brand names and trademarks referenced (e.g., HP®, Brother®, Canon®) are the property of their respective owners. They are used only for compatibility and search purposes to help customers identify which products will work in their printers. NorthStar Toner has no affiliation with these brands.
3. Ordering and Payment
- Orders are placed securely through our website, powered by Shopify—a trusted e-commerce platform.
- We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through the Shopify Checkout.
- All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery is free on all orders.
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- All products are shipped directly from our U.S.-based remanufacturing partner in Marseilles, Illinois.
- You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
5. Returns, Recycling & Refund Policy
Returns:
- Unused cartridges in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return shipping for unused items is the customer’s responsibility.
Recycling Program:
- To promote sustainability, customers may return empty toner cartridges for recycling.
- We encourage bundling six or more empties in a single box before requesting a free return shipping label.
- Customers are welcome to return fewer cartridges at their own expense.
6. Product Guarantee & Limitations
- All products are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee for one year from the date of purchase.
- NorthStar Toner is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, storage, or installation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, branding) is the property of NorthStar Toner or its content suppliers and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
NorthStar Toner shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
